House, now boarding house for the King's School. Probably
c1830 with later additions and alterations. Pinkish-brown
brick in Flemish bond with plain tile roof. 4 storeys, one
first-floor window. First floor has 6/6 sash; second floor has
8/8 sash; third floor has 4/8 sash, all in near flush frames;
those to first and second floors under wider, cambered arches
and all show evidence of wider original openings. Ground
floor: 3/3 fixed light under cambered arch. Entrance at right
a 6-flush-beaded-panel door under cambered arch.
INTERIOR: noted as having plank doors.
All the listed buildings in College Precincts form a good
group and part of the setting for Worcester Cathedral (qv).
