Farmhouse. C17 with mid C19 and mid C20 alterations and additions. Timber framed, rendered and painted brick infill, painted brick replacement walling and refacing, plain tiled roof, large external brick stack at south gable end and additional brick stack off ridge pitch at north end. Two framed bays; single storey and attic with dormer.

FRAMING: Two square panels from sill to wall-plate, tie-beam trusses in gable ends have two queen struts to collar and V-strut in apex.

ELEVATION facing lane has a two-light casement and a rectangular light; attic lights in gable ends; main entrance in west elevation having a part-glazed door and lean-to porch on timber uprights; above is a gabled dormer with finial and casement with cambered head.

INTERIOR: not inspected. At the south gable end is a mid C20 lean-to extension built around the external chimney.

Formerly listed in the parish of North Claines on the 71st list for the District of Wychavon, County of Hereford & Worcester.

The asset was previously listed twice also under List entry 1350169. This entry was removed from the List on 25/02/2015.
