House, now shop. Early/mid C19 with later additions and alterations including ground-floor shop front c1980s. Reddish-brown brick in Flemish bond with stuccoed architraves and timber cornice; plain tile roof and truncated, coped end brick stacks. Three storeys, three first-floor windows. 6/1 sashes throughout in plain reveals and with tooled architraves with keystones; shaped sills. Below second-floor windows are panelled brick aprons. Crowning dentil cornice. Ground-floor has glazed shop front in traditional style.

INTERIOR: not inspected.

A prominent facade in Georgian style making a good contribution towards the listed group in Foregate Street.
