Farmhouse. Early-mid C19.
MATERIALS: Red brick walls with random blue headers in Flemish
bond. Hipped slate roof with round hip at centre front over
rounded projecting bay.
PLAN: Rectangular central staircase plan of 4 cells. Rendered
plinth.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. 4 chimneys with offset heads, 3 with clay
pots. Road (south-east) front: 3 bays, centre bay projecting
the whole height with central door in deep, plain reveal under
shallow segmental brick arch; glazed upper part, overlight and
sidelights; brick doorcase with moulded brick cornice and
pediment. Louvred shutters to windows. First floor window in
first bay blocked and painted to imitate a real window.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
