Cottage. Late C18 with C19 and C20 alterations.
MATERIALS: red brick in Flemish bond. Hipped old tile roof.
PLAN: rectangular 2-cell plan with centre staircase.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. External end chimneys with clay pots.
Stepped eaves at front, dentilled at rear. Mostly C20, 2-light
casement windows with segmental brick heads and glazing bars.
Symmetrical entrance front to west has 2-bays. Left window on
first floor late C18. C20 gabled enclosed porch with C19,
4-panelled door.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
