Formerly known as: The Old Rectory Cottage CHURCH STREET.
Coach house to The Old Rectory (qv) now cottage. C18, altered
C20.
MATERIALS: painted brick in Flemish bond, old tile gabled
roof.
PLAN: rectangular plan.
EXTERIOR: Single storey. Chimney at rear. C20 sash windows
with glazing bars with semicircular brick heads, in former
carriage openings. Southern entrance front has 4-bays C20
entrance door with 2nd bay slighted recessed with single fixed
light window on left. All 3 carriage openings have been
bricked up to window sill level. Timber frame visible with
painted brick infill on return.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
