GV II

Stables, grooms and service accommodation, now garages, stores
and staff accommodation to Fernhill Park (qv). Early C18,
altered and extended late C19 and mid C20.
MATERIALS: red brick in Flemish bond, plain tiled hipped and
gabled roofs.
PLAN: rectangular, enclosed courtyard plan with entry on
south-east.
EXTERIOR: single and one and a half storeys. With moulded
eaves cornice. C19 and C20 casement windows with segmental
arches over windows and doors. Central feature of 2 storeys
with pediment with clock. Louvered cupola on right wing.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
