Pair of attached houses. Circa mid C19; altered C20. Stuccoed. Slate hipped roof with bracketed eaves cornice. Rendered stacks.
PLAN: Pair of large attached houses of double-depth plan.
Italianate style.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and attic. Symmetrical 1:3:1 bay east front, end bays set back with porches on the ground floor, left bay set back further; band at first floor level, rusticated quoins and corner pilasters above; tripartite round arch windows with pilasters and archivolts, centre, left and right single light, centre blind; flanking set-back porches with round arches. Large late C20 flat roof dormers, that to left of centre breaking eaves.
