Pair of attached houses. Circa mid C19; extended circa late C19 or early C20. Stuccoed. Slate hipped roof with modillion eaves cornice. Rendered stacks.
PLAN: Pair of large attached houses with late C19/early C20 extension on left.
Italianate style.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, attic and basement. 4-bay east front, centre bays advanced slightly; late C19/early C20 fifth bay set back slightly on left; moulded stringcourse at first floor cill level with small brackets under the windows; moulded cambered arch architraves with keyblocks, ground floor eared and with moulded cills, sashes, No.7 on left with glazing bars; doorway to left and right with eared cambered arch architraves with keyblocks, No7's on left in porch; No.5 on right has later canted bay window. Two later gabled dormers.
INTERIOR not inspected.
A pair of attached houses and one of a group of stuccoed Italianate villas in Victoria Park Road.
