House. Circa mid C19. Stuccoed. Slate hipped roof with bracketed eaves. Rendered side stacks with bracketed cornices and some yellow clay square pots.
PLAN: Double-depth square plan with entrance on left side.
Italianate style.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 2-bay south east front with slightly advanced pedimented bays each with pairs of round arch pilastered windows, the ground floor with shell tympna, first floor with keyblocks; sashes, first floor with glazing bars; moulded stringcourses and rusticated quoins. Entrance on left side. C20 extensions at rear.
INTERIOR not inspected.
