House. Circa mid C19. Stuccoed. Slate hipped roof with deep bracketed eaves. Rendered stacks.
PLAN: Rectangular double-depth plan with entrance on left side.
Italianate style.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 2-bay south east front with rusticated quoins, band and guilloche frieze below eaves; cambered arch sash windows, first floor with glazing bars and eared moulded architraves with keyblocks; ground floor with keyblocks, spandrels and canopies on console brackets. Porch on left [south west] side with rusticated jambs, round arch and panelled balustrade.
