House. Late C18, with C19 alterations. Coursed rubblestone with quoins and with red brick left gable end wall. Collyweston slate roof with brick end stacks. Central staircase plan with rear outshut under a catslide roof. Single storey and attic. An 8/8 unhorned sash either side a central panelled door with overlight. Wooden lintels. 2 flat-roofed dormers with 4/8 sashes. Windows retain some crown glass.
INTERIOR. Central stair rises between walls, another boxed-in stair is within the left room where there is a stone-flagged floor. C19 fireplaces.

This is a little-altered small house of the period with interior features surviving and one which is part of a good group of historic buildings around Stocks Green.
