Former Grain Store at Pierrepont Farm

Grain store. Early to mid C19.
EXTERIOR: Range facing the farm track is of two storeys of Bargate stone rubble with red brick dressings, the corners rounded to prevent damage by carts. Four windows. The first floor windows are blocked, the ground floor windows are cambered casements. There is a central doorcase approached up stone steps. The ends have Bargate stone ground floors and are weatherboarded above with hoist doors to the upper floor. There is a gabled slate roof and two further narrower ranges with Bargate stone ends and party walls and weatherboarded gables.
INTERIOR: Queenpost roof to central range.
Large purpose-built grain store, part of a group of farm buildings.
