Farmhouse. 17th century with 19th and 20th century alterations. Constructed in mud and stud partly underbuilt in brick, and all colour washed. Corrugated iron roof with single off centre chimney stack at the ridge. Single storey building with an attic. The irregular front elevation has four bays and an off centre 20th century door, behind which is the stack, framed by single plain sash windows. To the left of the front elevation is a single storey extension with a two light window. To the attic floor there is a single small window opening through the eaves. Internally it has a lobby entry plan
