Six terrace houses similar in style to Victoria Place (qv). Mid C19 with C20 additions.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, continuous slate roof with moulded stacks to party walls.
PLAN: Double depth plans.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys with cellars, each house single-window range except No.24 which has three-window range. Terrace has continuous coped parapet, cornice, second floor sill band, ground floor platband, plinth and banded rustication to ground floor (except No.24). Cornices on consoles and moulded architraves which rest on platband forming recessed aprons to first floor windows. Two steps up to mostly four-panel doors with bolection moulding. No.24 to left stepped slightly forward with six/six-pane sash windows and C20 door with overlight. No.25 has C20 windows and four-panel door. No.26 has six/six-pane sash windows without horns and four-panel door. No.27 has C20 windows and four-panel door. No.28 has six/six-pane C20 windows to upper floors and plate glass sash to ground floor. No.29 has C19 six/six-pane sash window to first floor and plate glass sashes without horns to rest.
