Row of three houses. No.23 to left now shop. Early C19.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, double pitched double Roman and concrete tile roofs with moulded stacks to left-of-centre party wall and right gable end.
PLAN: Double depth plans.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys. No.23 has two-window range, Nos 24 and 25 share three windows. Coped parapet, cornice and ground floor platband. No.23 has C20 windows to projecting shop and six/six-pane sashes to first floor. Nos 24 and 25 have symmetrical pair with C19 sashes of six/six panes. Paired six-panel doors, that to No.24 glazed to top, that to No.25 has narrow overlight with timber lintel spanning window to right, above blind window to party wall.
