House. Early C19 with late C19 alterations.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar painted to ground floor front, double pitched double Roman tile roof with moulded stacks to right.
PLAN: Double depth plan.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, two-window front. Coped parapet rises over gable ends, to front stopped coved cornice and first floor sill band. Two six/six-pane sash windows to first floor, one two/two-pane sash to ground floor right. Simple porch with flat hood and reeded fronts to jambs over six-panel door glazed to top. Rear has six/six-pane sashes to first floor and later additions to ground floor.
INTERIOR: Inspected 1993. Retains Georgian staircase and original front door.
