Detached villa. Early C19 (row in existence in 1819) with late C19 and C20 addition.

MATERIALS: limestone ashlar, single pitched slate roof with tall moulded stacks to coped gable ends.

PLAN: double depth plan with C20 wing to right.

EXTERIOR: two storeys with basement, symmetrical seven-window front. Coped parapet with five gadrooned urns, platbands and sill bands to both floors, plain central first floor window over semicircular arch to plain fanlight and six-raised-panelled door, moulded archivolt and impost string course between full height segmental bays which are rusticated to ground floor, with three windows to each floor.
