The main front, facing north, into the garden, has a gabled wing brought forward to the right, with two light plus stopped drip to each level; the eaves range, left, has a coped face gable with two light, above a two light with drip, and a two light to the left, replacing the original doorway. The gable to the road has a two light with drip at the upper level. All main gables are coped, with square open finials, matching those on the main house (qv).

HISTORY: The building might represent an earlier structure which received a picturesque remodelling at the time of the rebuilding of Combe Lodge in 1855.
