Villa, originally detached, now with attached Nos 1,2 and 3, Perrymead Court (qv). Early C19.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, slate roof.
PLAN: Compact symmetrical hipped range, set gable to road, with added entrance bay.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, three windows, twelve-pane sash above tent-hood verandah on lattice standards, returned at both ends, with deep sashes. Front set to terrace, and roof has deep box eaves and frieze band, with central ashlar stack. Return to south-west on three floors, with twelve-pane sashes. At street end main gable end has central eaves stack, and almost concealed by two storey flat roofed addition, with nine-pane sash above pair of part-glazed panelled doors under bell hood flanked by panelled pilasters with cornice over, to right plain ashlar wall at angle, with nine-pane sash on return, above verandah.
