Former carriage house, later a house. Mid C19.
MATERIALS: squared and coursed stone, slate roof.
PLAN: symmetrical range with low-pitched hipped roof, set gable to road, and facing the courtyard south of Perrymead Place (qv, formerly Perrymead House).
EXTERIOR: two storeys, three windows, one blind and two twelve-pane sashes above two pairs of plank and part-glazed original doors, plus large central C20 garage door. Stack at far end.

The building was erected as a carriage house in the mid-C19 and converted to domestic use in the C20.
* Architectural interest: the building is a symmetrically designed small stable block which groups well with the house it was designed to accompany and which, despite conversion to domestic use, retains the essential character of its design;
* Group value: the building forms a group with Perrymead Place, formerly Perrymead House.
