Formerly known as: Nos.12 AND 12A PRINCE'S STREET. House, end of terrace. Early C19 with C20 shopfront.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, slate roof.
PLAN: Property abuts end of south side of terrace in Beauford Square, and on trapezoidal site.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys, two windows, all glazing bar sashes, nine-pane above twelve-pane, with C20 shopfront and recessed door, right, and panelled door under margin pane transom light, left. Ground floor has original shopfront with broad pilasters with incised surround, with platband above carrying giant Doric pilasters to lintel with frieze, blocking course and parapet, with dies to pedimented caps above pilasters.
INTERIOR: Not inspected. Part of carefully detailed terrace embracing also Nos 30a, 31 and 32, Monmouth Street (qv).
