Terrace house, now shop. Late C18 (OS says pre-1776).
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, painted to lower storeys, double Roman tile roof.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys, three windows, all six/six-pane sashes in plain reveals. Ground floor has C20 shopfront, left, six-panel fielded door with slab hood on heavy brackets. Cavetto mould string above first floor, plain eaves, deep stack to right.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
