Detached house set back above Camden Road. Early C19, enlarged mid C19.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar painted to front, double pitched double Roman roof with flat roofed rear addition, moulded stacks to gable ends.
PLAN: Double depth plan with rear addition.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys, symmetrical three-window range. Plate glass sash windows to front, mid C19 castellated attic storey has blind window to centre, stopped coved cornice over first floor, railings to right of short flight of steps to six-panel door glazed to top. Rear range lower (probably height of early C19 house).
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
