Farmhouse, now house. Early C19 with later additions.
MATERIALS: Painted render, slate roof with moulded stacks to gable ends.
PLAN: Double depth.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, six-window range. Coped parapet and cornice, plate glass sash windows to first floor. Ground floor platband to right below paired first floor windows, beneath tall four-light window with overlights and French windows to centre. To left late C19 wide, full height bay with canted corners and four windows. Ground floor four tall two-light casement windows with overlights below cornice. Set well back to left two storey single window block with single storey enclosed porch to front with returned parapet and entablature, set back six-panel door and polychromatic tile floor.
