Shop with accommodation over. c1800.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, painted on ground floor, with Welsh slate roof.
PLAN: Rectangular corner block with double depth plan and entrance on left.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys and attic, falling ground reveals basement level on Guinea Lane elevation. Single bay to Belvedere, one to canted corner and two to Guinea Lane. Ground floor has mid C19 shop front with stone frame and stallriser, and timber mullions and fascia. Three light window to Belvedere, single light to canted corner and four light to Guinea Lane. Part glazed door to left, entrance to both shop and upper floors. Additional two/two sash on Guinea Lane with string course over. Upper floors have three pane windows in plain reveals, replacements of original sashes. Left hand bay fronting Guinea Lane, blind with recessed panels. Cornice, parapet, hipped roof. Two small basement windows to Guinea Lane. Rear elevation also ashlar with two small windows on second floor.
