House, now flats. Mid C18 with third floor added and plate glass windows inserted C19.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar to front, ashlar and rubble to rear, double pile parapeted roof, covering not visible to front, Welsh slate to rear, coped gable wall with ashlar stack on front roof to left, ashlar stack rising from rear wall to left. Staircase to rear.
EXTERIOR: Four storeys and basement, three-window front. First floor has three plate glass horned sashes in splayed cyma moulded architraves, to centre with pulvinated frieze and pediment over, with lowered sills with wrought iron balcony with stone deck. Second floor has three plate glass horned sashes in splayed reveals with stone sills. Third floor has two plate glass horned sashes in plain reveals with lowered stone sills to left and right, to centre similar blind window without lowered sill. Ground floor has two plate glass horned sashes in splayed reveals with stone sills, to right six-panel door with flush, fielded and glazed panels in doorcase with Doric pilaster frieze and moulded cornice, two steps to pennant paved crossover with cast iron footscraper. Basement has two glass sashes in plain reveals with stone sills. Band course over ground floor with painted name `LANSDOWN TERRACE', frieze and moulded cornice, formerly eaves cornice, moulded eaves cornice and coped parapet. Attached pennant paved terrace with wrought iron railings with shaped heads to area and arrowhead railings on buns to front of terrace and flight of pennant steps.
