House, now flats. Mid C18, with second floor added early C19. Render to ground floor and first floor, ashlar to second floor to front, large extensions to rear, render and reconstituted Bath Stone, parapeted roof to front, triple Romans to front, flat felt roof to extension to rear.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys, attic and basement, three-window front. First floor has three C20 sashes in splayed reveals with stone sills probably originally with architraves, second floor has three similar sashes in splayed reveals with splays to jambs run out at corners and stone sills. Ground floor has to left and right half unequal horned sashes in splayed reveals with stone sills probably originally with architraves with late C19 nine-pane door in flat chamfered surround with pediment on unmoulded brackets over, probably originally moulded architrave with frieze to pediment. Basement now blocked in with glass bricks lighting presumed opening to right. C20 rooflight. Moulded cornice probably at original eaves over first floor; moulded eaves cornice and coped parapet. Rear elevation now has full height coped parapet. Rear elevation now has full height full-width C20 extension.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURE: Attached wrought iron railings and gate with low rendered wall.
