Farmhouse now detached house. Late C18 and early C19.
MATERIALS: Coursed and squared stone, some ashlar to latest unit, right, pantile roof.
PLAN: Long, single depth property in three units.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, scattered fenestration. Side away from road is set on edge of substantial drop in site levels. Left range with steep roof to coped gables, with single small light at first floor. In gable to left four pane above large sixteen pane sash, and recessed blocked doorway. Middle unit has lower ridgeline, coped gable to right, and slightly set back, with two light casement above early vertical panel door with slab hood on brackets and two light casement. Right hand unit ashlar, with roof hipped to right, twelve pane sash above C20 glazed door and two light casement. To left large square ashlar stack. Single storey range with pantile roof extends to the right. Rear wall.
