House in row. c1774 (leases of 1 and 2 dated 16th November 1774).
MATERIALS: Squared and snecked stone with ashlar dressings, slate mansard roof.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys and attic, two windows, single and paired twelve-pane dormers above single and paired twelve-pane sashes at ground and first floors. To left, in extreme right hand bay of return to No.1 Great Stanhope Street (qv) is six-panel door in moulded stone architrave and with moulded hood on consoles. No stacks visible.
