GV II

Terrace house. Late C18 with late C19 alterations.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, slate mansard roof.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys, attic and basement, two windows, paired twelve-pane dormer above twelve-pane, with plain sash to first floor and ground floor, and paired twelve-pane to basement. To right, in plain reveals, six-panel door. Over ground floor full width wooden plate immediately below platband, moulded cornice, blocking course and parapet, all slightly higher than to No.1 (qv) adjoining, coped party divisions and deep two-stage ashlar stack to left.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: Plain spearhead railings on rounded ashlar curb enclose area to left of door.
