Detached house. c1830.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar rusticated to ground floor front, slate roof with moulded stacks to returns and rear wing.
PLAN: Double depth plan with a rear left wing.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys and basement, two-window range, six/six-pane sash windows. Returned coped parapet rising over gable ends, returned cornice, lintel frieze and ground floor platband. Moulded architraves and bracketed sills to first floor windows, basement projects to support trellised ground floor balcony with two French windows under canopy. Left return has window to attic, one to first floor left and long enclosed timber porch with entrance to rear. Rear wing has hipped roof to rear and window to each floor.
