House, formerly brewery with shop. c1830 with C20 alterations.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar and rubblestone, pantile roof with moulded stack to rear wing.
PLAN: Double depth plan with long rear wing.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, three-window range. Coped parapet, which returns over to gable ends, cornice, frieze and platband. Late C19 plate glass sash windows, that to centre of ground floor blind. Over central six-panel door glazed to top, continuous timber lintel extending to right. Two-light bay window to right with low parapet, continuous plat band and chamfered stone mullions, possibly later C19 but in similar Neo-classical spirit to rest of elevation. Rear wing has various windows, end now separate dwelling with C20 doors and windows.
