Former small public house, now house. Early C19.
MATERIALS: Painted limestone ashlar, hipped double Roman tile roof with stack to right return.
PLAN: Double depth plan.
EXTERIOR: Dwelling on rising site set into hillside, beside steps leading to Camden Terrace (qv) attached to right. Two storeys, two-window front. Plate glass sash windows. Coped parapet to front has small acorn finials to quoins and larger acorn to centre above stopped cornice. Ground floor spanned by narrow flat hood on brackets over paired windows to right and C20 door with narrow overlight and five-pane margin light to left.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
HISTORY: This was for many years the Rivers Arms Public House.
