Villa. C18 with mid C19 additions.
MATERIALS: Painted C20 stucco, rubble-fronted basement, roof unseen, moulded stacks to gable ends.
PLAN: Double depth plan.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys and lower ground floor, symmetrical three-window front. Low coped parapet and coved cornice, moulded architraves to six/six-pane sash windows, stone doorcase with Doric pilasters supporting entablature and pediment, six flush-panelled door with lead downpipe to right. Rear has parapet, cornice and frieze, five windows and C19 two storey cast iron verandah with C20 canopy.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
HISTORY: Shown on Harcourt Masters's 1793 plan, the house may have earlier origins as suggested by the materials and the low proportions of the front.
