Symmetrical pair of houses. c1830.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, double pitched slate roof.
PLAN: Double depth plan.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys including attic storey, and basement, symmetrical five window front. Clasping pilasters to quoins, blind windows to party wall, continuous cornice, blocking course and plate glass sash windows to attic storey, continuous first floor cornice, cornice band and sill band to six/six pane sash windows with balconettes, six/six pane sash windows to ground floor and three/six panes to basement in plain openings, single storey parapeted entrance ranges to each side have moulded architraves and cornices on consoles to six panel doors glazed to tops.
INTERIORS: Not inspected.
A conventional, finely executed late Georgian pair in the manner of John Pinch, employing the newly fashionable form of the semi-detached house.
