House at end of row. Late C18 or early C19.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, double Roman tile roof.
PLAN: Small house in single depth, set gable to street, originally there were two houses here, but second part, to rear, has been demolished.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys, windows to bold square sills all plastic replacements, but at time of previous survey were still glazing bar sashes, one/two/one, with to left six panel flush, part glazed door under flat hood with moulded edge, on brackets. Low square ashlar stack on right hand corner. Return, facing north, also has two plastic windows. High coped gable to rear appears to have been party division, rendered, and has large external stack, cropped. One corner of this gable end has small section of ashlar, and short length of moulded cornice, cleanly cut through.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
