Formerly known as: No. 1 Gloucester Buildings GLOUCESTER ROAD Lower Swainswick. House, now shop. c1800 with C20 alterations.
MATERIALS: Painted limestone ashlar, double-pitched pantile roof with moulded stacks to gable ends.
PLAN: Double depth plan with third pitched roofed C20 block to rear.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, symmetrical two-window range. C20 windows and door, stone porch with reeded fronts to hood and jambs.
INTERIOR: Not inspected but noted as being altered. This is the only remaining house from an otherwise demolished terrace.
