Minister's house, now office. 1844, by Henry Underwood.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar with Welsh slate roof.
PLAN: Double depth plan.
STYLE: Plain Classical style.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys and basement, two windows wide. Ground floor has doorway with unfluted Ionic porch to right, panelled door with rectangular light over, wrought iron area railings. Ground floor window not in line with upper floor ones. All windows are late C19 plate glass sashes, plain, in architrave surrounds. First floor windows have cornices on console brackets. Cornice, parapet, roof not visible to front, ashlar stack with pots to left. Rear elevation also ashlar. Large tripartite sash to ground and first floors, plain sash to staircase and second floor. Roof visible to rear.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
HISTORY: Built as the Minister's house for the adjoining New Church (qv) and is presumably of the same date and by the same architect.
