Detached house. Early C19.
MATERIALS: Ashlar, rear in painted rubble, slate roof, but concrete tile to rear.
PLAN: Long range, set up high from road, and built against rear of site.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, one:three:one windows, twelve-pane sashes with shutters and valences, but small six-pane at right hand end, ground floor windows all replacements. Centred six-panel door in pilaster doorcase with entablature, late C20. Cornice, blocking course and parapet. Rear, with only upper floor exposed, has long narrow hipped roof behind parapet. To left arched stair light, two wide-spaced twelve-pane sashes. Two large eaves stacks, and one to west gable end.
