Terrace house. Late C18 with C20 additions.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar to front, rubble to rear, double pile parapeted roof, Welsh Slate to front and rear, with two ashlar stacks to left shared with No.19 Guinea Lane (qv). Staircase to rear.
EXTERIOR: Three storey, single-bay three-window range. First floor has three grouped four/four, six/six, four/four-sashes in splayed reveals with continuous stone sill, second floor has six/six-sash in splayed reveal with stone sill with C20 balconette. Ground floor has six/six-sash in plain reveal with stone sill to left, to right six-panel door with flush beaded and glazed panels in chamfered reveal. Band course over ground floor, moulded eaves cornice and coped parapet continuous with Nos 19 and 20 Guinea Lane (qv). Rear elevation partially visible has C20 windows.
INTERIOR: Partially inspected in 1990's, which reported an exceptionally fine fireplace in one room, but no details.
