House. Early C19.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, roof not visible from ground level.
PLAN: Single depth house with rear wing.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys and attic, four windows wide, one:three with plain quoin pilasters, and entrance bay set slightly forward, single bay to left canted at slight angle, and has pilaster on both sides, does not appear to be an addition. All windows are six/six-sashes except for ground floor left, French door with nine-panes, and three-pane light above. Ground floor windows in arched recesses and have continuous impost band. Six-panel door with top two glazed. Sill band to upper floor, plain window reveals. Listel, cornice, parapet, only flat top of a central dormer can be seen, ashlar stacks at either end of three-bay section. Rear elevation not seen. Late C19 balustraded wall of considerable character along street front.
