Terrace house, now with shop. Late C18 with late C20 addition.
MATERIALS: Painted ashlar, roof not visible.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys, one above two twelve-pane sashes in plain reveals, 1987 shopfront by Tektus, door to left, modillion cornice, and large consoles to panelled pilasters. Stack to right, shared with adjacent corner property.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
HISTORY: Probably a refacing of earlier property. Green Street was laid out in 1716, and this may date from soon after that.
