Description

Late 18th century. E facing 3-storey house with return gable
and entrance on High Street. Mixed rubble, tooled sandstone
ashlar dressings. Regular fenestration with low windows under
eaves in 2nd floor; former centre door in E elevation now
window. Regular 2-bay return High Street elevation with
entrance and paired small attic windows; 4-pane glazing
except front 2nd floor windows which have single panes. Coped
end stacks; Banffshire slate roof.
Various wings to rear.
2-storey, wide single bay flat roofed, harled modern wing at
S gable with recessed entrance (15A).
GARDEN WALLS: high rubble garden walls front The Square,
George Street and return on Spey Street.

internally as 2 dwellings, 1 linked to modern extension.
