Description

Mid 19trh century, possibly enveloping earlier cottage at right angles. Single storey T-plan lodge. Harled; droved ashlar margins, some painted. 3 widely spaced bays to S elevation of E-W wing with gabled timber porch addition to doorway at centre; small-pane fanlight; windows in flanking bays; later window inserted on W return; overhanging eaves to piend roof. Gabled wing to N, possibly earlier, with small window by re-entrant angle to W, flanked by larger window; lean-to addition to N gable end.

12-pane glazing pattern in sash and case windows. End and gablehead stacks. Grey slates.
