Whitewashed and lined stugged rubble, ashlar margins, hoodmoulds at ground floor. 4-pane sash and case glazing, grey slates to piended roof with broad central stack.
FRONT ELEVATION: advanced, canted, 2-storey centre bay with pointed arched doorway, recessed 4-panelled door, windows on return, window at 1st floor. Windows to outer bays. 3 1st floor windows breaking eaves in gabled dormerheads. Lean-to additions at sides, lower 2-storey piended wing adjoining to right at rear.
