Description

Dated 1736. 2-storey irregular 4-bay house. Smooth cement walling, raised painted margins to openings. Largely unaltered frontage with central doorway, modern door and timber canopy porch. To left, 2 windows to ground and 1st to right 1 window to each floor. All single light windows, sash and case with plate glass glazing. End skews, hefty coped end stacks with thackstanes, sandstone ridge; good graded slate roofs. To rear, some windows enlarged to bipartites. 2-storey gabled, some windows enlarged to bipartites. 2-storey gablked, cement rendered 19th century extension. All with graded slate roofs. Cast-iron rainwater goods.
