Attributed to Patrick Thoms and William Wilkie, early 20th century. 2-storey with 1st floor breaking eaves, rectangular-plan, 3-bay Arts and Crafts-style house. Rubble construction, ashlar dressings, piended slate roof. 8-pane sash and case windows, 1st floor windows breaking through eaves with half-piended roofs; wallhead course; deep dentilled eaves; tall corniced stacks rising through eaves.
