Attributed to Patrick Thoms and William Wilkie, dated 1912. 2-storey, rectangular-plan, symmetrical pair of Arts-and-Crafts style villas. Harled, ashlar dressings, slate roof. Multi-pane sash and case windows, piended dormers; plain bargeboards, harled ridge and end stacks.
S ELEVATION: paired symmetrical gables to centre, each with bipartite window to ground and 1st floor, large dated rainwater hopper to centre; door to left and right with swept canopy roof supported by colonettes; flat-roofed canted window to far left and right with dormers above; glazed addition to left return gable.
INTERIOR: not seen.
BOUNDARY WALL: stepped rubble wall with saddleback coping, wrought-iron railings.
