Description

Mid 19th century. Single storey, 3-bay classical lodge. Stugged ashlar sandstone front with base course and eaves course. Pedimented doorpiece projecting at centre with keystoned round-arched doorway; stone-mullioned bipartites flanking.

Horizontal-4-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate piended roof with lead flashings. High rendered rubble wall abutting outer corner.

INTERIOR: not seen 1995.

Statement of Interest

St Vincent's College is listed separately. The lodge was almost certainly contemporaneous with the first build of the former Eastbank House.
